Level 3 reps Personal Training Qualification and I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years which has also included fitness management at Virgin Active Health Clubs.
I specialise in weight loss and sports specifically.
I love to see people reach their goals and really enjoy the classes I teach which include Boxercise, circuits, boot camps, kettlebells and TRX.
Like to have fun in my classes and to change it up with different sets reps between each class I teach.
